About

A founder and academic working at the seam where trust, technology and commerce are being re-authored.

Nicole Reznic grew up in New York, the daughter of immigrants. She was managing international business correspondence in multiple languages before she was a teenager.

A career in corporate law gave way to gemology, antique jewelry, and eventually years inside Christie's Auction House and Tiffany and Co., where she came to understand that everything in luxury, underneath the surface, runs on trust.

That insight became a career. From Buenos Aires to London to New York, she has built CRM and loyalty architectures for Fortune 500 clients across Europe and the United States, generating over $50 million in measurable impact. She holds a master's from Harvard, where she also teaches, and is a professor of luxury strategy in Paris, including within the LVMH training ecosystem. She founded Mark3t, an AI-driven behavioral reputation engine, after recognizing that luxury resale had a trust problem no one had properly solved.

She speaks to rooms that are tired of being spoken at. People tend to leave thinking about something they hadn't considered before. That, for her, is the only measure that matters.

What Nicole Does

Founder.
Teacher. Advisor.

Founder

Mark3t

A reputation-scored, blockchain-based platform for luxury resale. Built to answer a question no one else would take seriously: how do you prove a product is real when trust has been industrialized?

Professor

Teaching

Nicole lectures on CRM, Customer Experience, and Luxury Strategy at Paris School of Business and EIML Paris, and is on staff at Harvard Extension. The classroom is where the frameworks get tested against people who actually have to use them. It also brings her closer to the values of new luxury generations.

Advisor

Portfolio companies

Nicole advises early-stage founders in Portugal and Saudi Arabia on customer strategy, brand positioning, and the specific problem of building trust in new markets. She also serves as Advisory Board member for Marketplace Risk conferences globally.

Expertise

Four disciplines.
One foundation.

Trust is the invisible infrastructure behind every relationship, transaction, and decision.

01

Trust & Identity

Trust begins long before technology. Every relationship, transaction, and community depends on signals of credibility, consistency, and reputation. My work explores how people establish trust, how identities are formed, and how those signals translate into digital environments.

02

AI & Customer Relationships

Technology should strengthen relationships, not replace them. The brands that succeed with AI will not be those that automate the most, but those that understand their customers more deeply. AI becomes valuable when it helps organizations listen better, respond more intelligently, and build lasting trust.

03

Luxury & Circular Commerce

Luxury has always depended on trust. Provenance, authenticity, craftsmanship, and reputation determine value. Technologies such as blockchain and digital product passports create new ways to preserve provenance and verify trust throughout the lifecycle of luxury goods.

04

Data & Transformation

Most organizations do not suffer from a lack of data. They struggle to determine which information matters and what decisions it should inform. My work focuses on transforming data into clarity, helping organizations ask better questions before they search for better answers.

Whether exploring identity, customer relationships, luxury commerce, or organizational transformation, my work examines how trust is created, maintained, and scaled in a digital world.
